We're confident you'll love your UpFitPro resistance bands. If you're not completely satisfied, return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Items should be unused or gently used (we understand you need to try them)
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@upfit.pro with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack your items and drop off at any carrier location
  4. Refund Processed: Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective)
  • Return shipping is free for US customers
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different tier? No problem! Contact us and we'll help you swap your UP for FIT, or FIT for PRO. We'll process the difference in price and ship your new kit right away.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no charge and cover all return shipping costs. Our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been significantly damaged through misuse
